We know - no one’s rushing to read the fine print, but we believe in doing business in a way that’s transparent, respectful, and human. These T&Cs explain how things work when you shop with brand|weapon. Please take a moment to have a read.
 
1. When You Buy a Logo from brand|weapon
Once you purchase a logo through our site, we’ll send you a confirmation email, followed by a little guide to choose your colours and fonts. We’ll also reach out within 3 business days to start the personalisation process.Please reply to our emails within 48 hours to keep things moving — if we don’t hear from you within 7 business days, we’ll assume you’ve ghosted us (no hard feelings!) and we may close the project. No refunds will be offered at that point.
 
2. What’s Included
Your logo package comes with:
A one-off, fully customisable logo
Your choice of colour palette and font pairing
A set of useful file formats (for digital and print)
A mini brand guide to help you use it all consistently
Note: We don’t include working design files (like .ai or .psd), but you’ll get vector files and everything you need to launch confidently.
 
3. Custom Changes
Your business name needs to fit nicely into the design you’ve chosen. If we feel like a lot of tweaks are needed to make it work, we’ll let you know and quote for the extras. You can decide if you'd like to continue or not - no pressure. Need more design help (business cards, templates, etc)? We’re happy to help - our hourly rate is $150 AUD.
 
4. Your Logo, Your Rights
Once you’ve paid in full, the logo is officially yours. You’ll have the licence to use it however you like for your business. Just a heads up: the fonts and graphic bits we use might still belong to the original creators, but you’ll have everything you need for your own use. (We just ask that you don’t resell it or pass it off as your own design work — that’s not the vibe.)
 
5. Timing
We aim to have your logo finalised within 10 business days, provided you’re quick with your feedback. Delays on your side will naturally delay the process. Your files will be available to download for 14 days via a Dropbox link we’ll send you. Please download and back them up somewhere safe - we don’t keep files after that period.
 
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Because these designs are one-of-a-kind and customised just for you, we can’t offer refunds once your order is placed - even if you change your mind. That said, we want you to be happy, so reach out and we’ll do what we can to help if something feels off.
 
7. We’re All Adults Here
By working with brand|weapon, you agree that:
You’re legally allowed to use the name you provide
You’ll communicate clearly and respectfully
You understand what you’re buying (a logo customisation, not a full brand package)
You’re not using the design for anything illegal, offensive, or unethical
 
8. We’re Proud of Our Work
We may share your logo in our portfolio or social media to show off what we’ve created - if you’d rather keep things quiet until your launch, just let us know. We’ll happily wait.
 
9. If Something Goes Wrong
We’re committed to doing our best. If anything doesn’t go to plan, reach out and we’ll work with you to sort it out. If we hit a bigger issue, we may involve a mediator to help resolve it fairly (but let’s hope we don’t need to go there).
 
10. Legal Bits
These terms are governed by Australian law. If anything here doesn’t make sense or feels confusing, just ask - we’ll explain it without the jargon. If you complete your purchase you are agreeing to these T&C's. Thank you.
